PAGE NEWS

I'm considering using MicroDM for my Phillies updates and update every now and then on the main page. The way I would use it would update the scores each game week. For example: After I play a week in the game, I would post the scores and stats from the week. Then I would write up a monthly update for my page (if I feel like it). I don't know, I've just been wanting to play the games more and writing so much about it.

I'm getting excited for hockey season and NHL 10 and for the Flyers and my Flyers' page. I want to make that my main focus on Dynasty Manager. Plus with the idea of MicroDM, it's cool as hell.

Tell me what you guys think.

Noooooooooo!!! You are rolling with your season. Don't stop posting. Remember, you don't have to write full blown stories on the page.... the reason I changed the pages to blog style is to encourage update "threads". So, don't feel like you can't post short-short updates on your team page.

I actually think that I'm going to do this but instead of monthly updates, have like a weekly blog or a series recap type blog, instead of individual game recaps. What I would do is: Play a series and then write a short little update mentioning whether I won the series or lost it, etc. and some key stats and happenings. Or if I did a weekly thing, I would just mention what I did in the past week. Let's face it, individual game updates can be a little taxing at times.

What I was thinking of doing for the MicroDM part of it is to post the scores of each game and the stats. If you recall Slick's team blog updates, he would post the scores and then have a little write up on the forums. THIS is basically what I would do, but instead of putting the writeup in the forum, I'd be using it on my page.

Phillies Updated

"Phils end homestand on high and low note"

Well I didn't plan on updating this game at all, but since Ryan Howard was injured, I'd figure to start my blog updates now. I'll play the week then come back with another blog type update, this is how they'll be somewhat.

Please give me some feedback on how you like it, I know it's a little different but I like it.

Enjoy :!:

Phillies (Micro) Updated

Check out the thread in MicroDM to find it, it's what I'm going to do from now on for my Phillies page. After I play a series, I post the scores and key stats along with some notes for each game of the series, and after a game week, I'll update my page with a written blog.

Tell me what you guys think because can either do it the way I am or just put up the blog after each week and not post the stats, scores, etc.

Page News:

Well, I'm heading into my final game against the Jays. After that, I'll update MicroDM and then write up a blog for it.

In other news, I've been working on my Flyers page, and thinking of new things I could add to my page. Really getting pumped for hockey again.

Really excited for the return of the Flyers. I know I'll be getting one (maybe both?) of the new NHL games this fall. Perhaps we can have dueling NHL pages?
